The Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center Northwest Alabama
is committed to providing quality community services to enable children and adults with disabilities
achieve their maximum potential. To do this, we strive to be the most effective organization helping those we serve live with equality,
dignity, and independence. The services provided include Vocational Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy
and Audiology. There is also a sheltered workshop available for training and/or employment.
The Center is a non-profit organization operated by a local Board of Directors
under authority delegated by Easter seals Alabama, Inc.

Primary funding is through an agreement with Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services for the Center to provide services to referred
Clients on a Fee For Service Basis; through contracts with local businesses and the U.S.army, contributions, fundraising activities and The United Way.
The facility is designated primarily to serve indiviuals from Colbert, Lauderdale, Marion, and Winston Counties, but will accept clients/patients from throughout Alabama.
Services are provided without regard to race, creed, color or ability to pay.
The CenterVocational Services are accredited through CARF (Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and is licensed by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
