Employment Training Program

My name is Kanesha Bates, I’m an Employment Specialist in the Vocational Department at Easterseals Northwest Alabama. I’m also the Lead Skills Trainer of the Employment Development Program hosted by the Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa. It is a 6-week job training program that provides young adults with real-life work experience and employability skills.
